Karl Johnsen has a proven track record of creating value and driving organic and inorganic growth through finance and accounting team transformation, business process scaling, business model transitions and capital allocation at global public and private technology companies with diverse business models. Throughout his career, his customer-centric approach has helped create a seamless and satisfying customer experience. He has built and led effective and diverse teams in high-growth environments, focusing on international expansion and significant acquisitions. 

Karl brings over 25 years of financial and operational experience to Intelerad, where he leads the legal, accounting and finance teams. Prior to joining Intelerad, Karl was CFO of Rightworks, a privately held provider of the only intelligent cloud purpose-built for accounting professionals and firms. Prior to Rightworks, Karl held CFO roles at companies including Trax Retail and Aspen Technology (NASDAQ: AZPN), where he helped scale and grow world-class finance functions. Karl holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Bentley University and an MBA from Babson’s F.W. Olin School of Business.
