As Chief Customer Officer at Intelerad, Eric Grunden is dedicated to enhancing the customer experience and driving operational excellence across all client-facing teams. With nearly 30 years of leadership in customer success, professional services, and operations, he has a proven track record of driving client satisfaction, optimizing service delivery, and scaling high-performing organizations. 

Before joining Intelerad, Eric served as Chief Customer Officer at Uptempo, where he led customer support, professional services, education, and customer success. During his tenure, he unified customer-facing operations across three acquisitions, significantly improved net retention, accelerated service delivery timelines, and expanded services revenue through strategic partnerships. Prior to Uptempo, he held leadership roles at ResMed, Civitas Learning, Greenway Health, and Medical Manager, where he was part of the executive team that led an IPO and NYSE listing. 

Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and information systems from Texas Tech University.
